Join athenahealth Chief Technology Office Prakash Khot in a discussion about Athena’s healthcare directory microservice, which is a centralized, de-duplicated repository of all healthcare entities and various relationships between them. And how athena uses this information and machine learning to predict Doctor appointment “no shows”. 
athena has access to millions of scheduling records, including all of the features we need to determine the likelihood that a patient won’t show up. We also have the infrastructure in place to automatically reach out to these patients to remind them to come in. As our network grows, the algorithm gets smarter!

Parking: 

• Visitor spots are located alongside the 400 North Beacon Street building. Please be sure to notify Reception if you park in one of these spots. You will be given a temporary permit for your vehicle.
• There are 2 hour parking spots throughout campus
• A free parking garage is located across from the Boston Sports Club on the Arsenal campus. A permit is not needed to park in the garage.
• Complimentary valet parking is available if you proceed directly to the parking garage roof.

Please be sure to allot 15 to 20 minutes before your arrival to compensate for weather, traffic and/or parking
